He holds a BS in engineering and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and has served as adjunct faculty at several colleges.

very informative material. It is indeed a great buy

I don't like to read informational books especially professional text books. Usually the writers of the books fail to remember that those of us reading them are at the beginning level of the profession which makes them hard to read. This book however is easy to read, formatted, organized, and written well and has a lot of useful information for those going into a health profession management position.

The first few chapters are written a bit theoretically. But the author then moves into clear presentation and applies management principles specifically to the healthcare field.

Easy to grasp all the concepts.

Exactly what I needed for class. Received earlier than expected.
